Okay, first off, I've gotta get this down.....the pictures are NOT in the right order. Next time, will be better! The baby in the pictures is Megan and Dave's baby - Jack.

Well, summer has started! And already, some interesting things have happened.

First, Ian graduated from high school, which was very exciting! Hannah and Faith's friends - Amber and Marisa - and Michaela and Jason came along to celebrate. Only three people were graduating from high school because that's all that were in our homeschooling group. Since there were only three people graduating though, each of them got to show a cool slide show of them growing up.

After Ian's graduation, Amber and Marisa were still at our house, so we celebrated Hannah's 16th birthday at Michaela and Jason's lovely 2 acre Sebastopol hilltop home. Amber and Marisa's parents, Kevin and Jenine came, and Ian brought his two friends Nikki and Ciara. We had a big bonfire and yummy, yummy food.

Then, Jonathan got a Kawasaki Ninja - his first motorcycle - and only a few days later, crashed and had to go to the hospital because he had torn his knee up. Not badly enough to break anything, but his knee cap was showing.....he's had to have a brace on for about 3 weeks now. The windshield, gear shift, and a few other minor things need to be fixed, but he says his friend can do it. Hopefully that's the truth!

On June 6, Amber's family( the Knorrs), had a party to celebrate her and Ian's graduating. They have a pool and hot tub in their backyard, so we swam, ate tasty food, and visited with our very good friends.

Then last week, Mom, Dad, Hannah, and Faith went down to Southern Cali for a visit with Megan, Dave, and baby Jack. We all had a blast, going to a water park in Palm Springs, the beach in Oceanside
(almost everyone boogie boarded), and swimming in the neighborhood pool....AND getting sun burnt. But who cares, right? That's what summer's all about! Dave brought his scuba tank, and we scuba dived in the pool. Very fun.
